Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
